Wakuzy does not store your debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or banking credentials.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver only within India.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and may vary due to logistics, weather, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Wakuzy is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must request a return within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
